5. Statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.

K4CLUB acknowledges valid DMCA notices within 48 hours and removes or disables access to the infringing content within 7 business days of verification.

Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was wrongful, send a counter-notice to the same email with: identification of removed content, statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake, your contact info and consent to local jurisdiction.
